Imani online fashion boutique uses the PayPal Shopping Cart to ensure all our customers online transactions are handled in a secure manner.

Returns and exchanges
Imani takes great pride in its product and strive to ensure that all our customers are more than satisfied with their purchases. You have to love what you have ordered. If something is not right let know within 5 working days. We will provide an exchange or credit note as long as you return your unused and unwashed item(s) with all tags attached and packaging intact to us within 5 working days.
Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or give credit note if you simply change your mind. Exchange or credit note will be given if goods are faulty by manufactures.
Returning or exchanging an item
To return an item(s) please email us at customercare@imani.com.au as soon as possible. You will be required to return your item(s) with a copy of your receipt. If the item ((s) you have requested are out of stock or discontinued our customer service will contact you and discuss some alternative options. Returns items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or credit not given and will be returned to customer.
Postage and handling for returns and exchanges
We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping and handing cost. However in circumstance where we have dispatched a wrong or faulty item(s) we will deliver the exchange item(s) to you anywhere in Australia free of charge. For exchanges within Australia a re-delivery fee of $9.95 will apply (to be paid for at the time the merchandise is exchanged).
For international re-delivery rates when exchanging merchandise please contact us for assistance at customercare@imani.com.au. Costs will be at original shipping charges.
We will credit your account excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) within 5-7 working days of receiving the goods at our office.
Postage and shipping
Imani delivers Australia-wide and world wide. For international orders please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Free Postage for orders over $50.00 within Australia (5 to 7 working days)
Orders will be dispatch after payment has been received. Generally deliveries to anywhere in Australia will take between 5-7 working days (depending on your delivery address). please note if orders are placed on friday after 5pm or on weekends ,it will be dispatch on Monday if payment has been approved.
Imani will not accept responsibilities for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend you provide us with a daytime delivery address where someone will be available as a signature may be required. A notice will be left if there is no one at delivery address notifying of the attempted delivery and providing instructions for collection from your nearest post office or re- delivery.
International
At this time we do not offer pre-calculated delivery rate to countries outside Australia. We hope to be able to offer this service soon. We will respond to your enquiry quickly with a quote and expected time frame for airmail delivery.
